Abstract
It is very important to study the solution reliability of nonlinear inversi on problem when we reconstruct the seismic velocities and Q value images. I n order to discuss the algorithms stability and inversion results to ART (A lgebraic Reconstruction Technique), SVD (Singular Value Decomposition) and LSQR (Least Square QR), this paper deals with quite illconditioned problems by using the three algorithms. According to the numerical computation resu lts, the relative errors and stability appraisals for the three methods wer e given under the above conditions. Further, velocity images to a geologica l model were compared based on the three algorithms, which provide a quanti tative parameters for the analysis of results of seismic tomograph.
