Abstract
We report a case of fibrolamellar carcinoma presenting in a 26-year old fem ale. The patient had gross ascites at presentation. Imaging studies (ultras onography and computed tomography) strongly suggested extensive intraperito neal drop metastases. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights res erved.
