Abstract
An expression of antigens of activation and proliferation, adhesive molecul es, and IgM was studied using model melanoma B16. Tumor cells and lymphocyt es of distant and regional lymph nodes were investigated. Enhancement of ad hesive molecule expression determined by mAb IPO-51 on the 7 and 17 days of tumor growth is the most total characteristics for melanoma cells. Increas e of activation antigen expression revealed by mAb IPO-56 on the same days also is the most total characteristics for tumor cells. CD54 expression on the lymphocytes of distant lymph nodes was higher than on the lymphocytes o f regional lymph nodes.
