Abstract
Liquid Encapsulated Czochralski (LEC) frown Fe doped indium phosphide (InP) surface barrier detector of thickness 350 mu m has been fabricated and ele ctrical characteristics have been analysed. The detector has been evaluated at room temperature using Co-57 (122 keV) and Cs-137 (662 keV) gamma sourc es and obtained energy resolution or 20 keV and 112 keV at FWHM.
