Abstract
Disease activity in Japanese sarcoidosis patients is generally mild. Howeve r, the pulmonary sarcoidosis coexisting with connective tissue disease is l ikely to be progressive. We report here three cases of sarcoidosis coexisti ng with connective tissue diseases, who developed pulmonary manifestations from stage II to stage III.
