Abstract
We have presented the results of experimental studies of acoustic field par
ameters of a supersonic powder jet formed by an aircraft which vertically t
akes off from the flat concrete surface. A qualitative agreement of results
obtained with data for isothermal streams has been proved. We have explain
ed a pattern of forming the acoustic powder jet field on the basis of the w
ell-known physical model of the system "isothermal jet-obstacle".
