Effect of tricycline B on the arterial blood pressure in dogs

The effect of tricycline B on the arterial blood pressure in dog was studie d. Various doses of sodium tricycline B and control solutions were successi vely injected via cephalic vein and changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressures were recorded. The results indicate that low doses of sodium tri cycline B increase blood pressure, but subsequent higher doses had no furth er effect.
