Abstract
A simple high-performance liquid chromatography method with evaporative lig ht-scattering detection has been devised in order to separate and quantify the major phospholipid and lysophospholipid classes. HPLC analyses were per formed with a diol-silica column and ternary gradient elution. Standard cur ves were drawn up for each of the (lyso)phospholipids involved. (C) 1999 El sevier Science B.V.
