Abstract
In accordance with the Landau second-order phase transition and other therm odynamical-statistical relations for superconductors, and using the energy gap as an order parameter in the electron free energy presentation, the fun damental characteristics of electrons, such as the free energy, the total e nergy, the energy gap, the entropy, and the heat capacity dependences on te mperature were obtained. The obtained modeling results, in principle, well reflect the basic low- and high-temperature superconductor characteristics.
