Abstract
A simple, easy-to assemble gradient generator for capillary electrochromato graphy is described. Using a homologous mixture of alkylphenones and a macr oporous polyacrylic separation matrix, we demonstrate the feasibility of ei ther stepwise or continuous gradients to be performed in a reproducible man ner.
