Abstract
This paper presents the results of studies, developments, and the organizat ion of the commercial production of holographic narrow-band filters on thic k layers of dichromated gelatin. These possess high suppression of powerful laser beams (the optical density reaches 7 of more) in the visible and nea r-IR regions, with high radiant strength (at least 10 W/cm(2)) and transmis sion of at least 0.7 outside the band.
