Abstract
Pb(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O-3-Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O-3 ceramic system powders with composition modification by 20 mol% Pb(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O-3 substitution were prepared via a B-site precursor route. Effects of the Pb(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O-3 introduction on p erovskite phase developments and dielectric properties were investigated. P hase transition modes were analyzed in terms of diffuseness characteristics . P-E hysteresis loops were examined as a function of temperature.
