Abstract
We analysed the imaginary part of frequency dependent dielectric constant e psilon"(omega) of amorphous ferroelectrics, LiNbO3 and KNbO3, at temperatur es below the crystallization using the Mode coupling theory (MCT). We found that ion transportation behavior in amorphous ferroelectrics can be explai ned well by the MCT cu relaxation predictions. We observed the cu relaxatio n scaling in epsilon"(omega). As a result of which the alpha relaxation str etched exponent beta(DC) was temperature independent with beta(DC) similar or equal to 0.6 for both LiNbO3 and KNbO3.
