Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study carried out on chemical vapour d eposition (CVD) diamond, doped by boron. The experimental data show very cl early a complex structure of the trapping levels responsible for the thermo luminescent (TL) emission, After a first analysis of the TL glow-curve, a d econvolution into four components (glow-peaks) allowed to get results physi cally acceptable. A phenomenological model is then suggested to take into a ccount the structure of each deconvoluted peak. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B .V. All rights reserved.
