Abstract
The possibility was studied of synthesizing FeOOH nanolayers on silica surf ace, using the "layer-by-layer'" technique. The synthesized compounds were studied by transmission and diffuse reflection spectroscopy in the UV and v isible spectral ranges, IR Fourier spectroscopy, and ellipsometry.
