This chapter reviews the angiographic appearance of normal coronary arterie s and the findings in a range of congenital and acquired disorders, includi ng atherosclerotic disease, coronary thrombosis, and myocardial bridging, T he features of a number of unusual disorders including coronary embolus, co ronary dissection, coronary arteritis, and coronary ectasia are also outlin ed.
