Abstract
Late capsular hematoma is an extremely rare complication after the implanta tion of silicone breast prostheses for aesthetic or reconstructive objectiv es. We present a unique case of late capsular hematoma in an aesthetic brea st augmentation with a saline-filled, textured silicone implant, which rema ined for a year after formation.
