Abstract
Late-onset pulmonary hypertension is a serious complication of Mustard repa ir for d-transposition of the great arteries. This debilitating complicatio n occurs in 7% of patients who survive to adulthood, even in the face of no rmal or near-normal postoperative pulmonary pressure.
