Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to describe the imaging features o f posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) in pancreas transplant recipients. CONCLUSION. The prominent image finding of PTLD in pancreas transplant reci pients is diffuse allograft enlargement, an appearance that may be indistin guishable from the image findings of acute pancreatitis or transplant rejec tion, However, failure of response to immunosuppressive therapy, presence o f intraallograft or extraallograft focal masses, or organomegaly may sugges t the diagnosis of PTLD.
