Abstract
The theoretical study of complex multiconductor cables susceptibility becom es very difficult when considering all physical phenomena. On one side, the rigorous approches give accurate results but important computational resou rces are needed for dealing with complex long cables. On the other side, th e approached methods as the theory of lines neglect some phenomena such as the radiation, but they can be implemented on a simple PC. Because of the c omplementary of these two kind of methods an hybridation has been made taki ng the advantage of each one. The possibilities of the new hybrid method wi ll be shown on some examples.
