Abstract
Primary synovial sarcoma of the heart is extremely rare. This report adds a nother case to the literature and emphasizes that this tumor, although rare , should be considered in the differential diagnosis of left atrial tumors. (C) 1999 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
