Abstract
Lipomatous hypertrophy of the right atrium is a rare lesion that is usually limited to the interatrial septum. The authors report on a patient that su ffered from an extensive lipomatous hypertrophy, which protruded into the r ight and left atrium as well as the superior vena cava and caused inflow ob struction.
