Abstract
Photocatalytic decomposition of pure water on NiO supporting KTaO3 partiall y substituted with acceptor was investigated. Formation rate of H-2 and O-2 increased by partially substituting Ta with group 4 element. The increased photocatalytic decomposition activity by additives might be caused by a ch arge carrier annihilation.
