C. Sprenger et al., A simultaneous determination of cellobiose, maltose and maltotriose in fruit juices by the use of biosensors as a detector in HPLC analysis, DEUT LEBENS, 95(12), 1999, pp. 499-504
The use of biosensors as a detector in HPLC analysis enables the simultaneo
us determination of cellobiose, maltose and maltotriose shown by the exampl
e of an apple juice concentrate analysis. For the first time of using this
method, the suppressor technique was taken for standardizing the pH value.
By the means, there are additional analytical possibilities with regard to
the use of biosensors as a detector in HPLC analysis.
