O. Dominguez et al., Application of an optimization procedure of adsorptive stripping voltammetry for the determination of chromium in wine, ELECTROANAL, 11(17), 1999, pp. 1273-1279
A procedure for the determination of chromium in wine by differential pulse
adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV), using different complexing agen
ts (TTHA, DTPA and Cupferron), has been optimized. The selection of the exp
erimental conditions was made using experimental design methodology. Under
these conditions the calibrations were made and the detection limit was det
ermined for each complexing agent. The lowest detection limit (4.68 x 10(-1
0) mol dm(-3)) was obtained with DTPA and for this reason it was selected f
or the determination of the concentration of chromium in different wine sam
ples, after having conducted a previous optimization of the experimental fa
ctors.
