Abstract
cAMP stimulated the activity of poly(A(+))polymerase in chick pea epic otyls with a parallel increase in poly(A(+))RNA levels. Experiments wi th inhibitors of RNA and protein synthesis and fractionation of partia lly purified enzyme on SDS-PAGE suggested a de novo synthesis of the e nzyme. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
