Abstract
To study the effects resulting from different substituted positions and att aching groups of ligands on the photophysical properties and cell parameter s of bis(bipyridyl)ruthenium complexes, a series of bis(bipyridyl)ruthenium (II) complexes were designed and synthesized. Their photophysical and photo electrochemical properties were investigated.
