Abstract
Savory studies: Taste is a little-understood sense, and researchers in an area of study called psychophysics-encompassing psychological and physical phenomena-have been working to unlock its mysteries; others a re identifying taste receptors on the tongue and elucidating the signa l-transduction pathways involved.
