Abstract
A staring infrared FPA of 64 x 64 multiple quantum wells (MQW) was develope d. The average responsivity R-p = 7. 24 x 10(5)V/W was obtained with the pe ak wavelength lambda(p) = 8. 2 mu m. By the typical blackbody detectivity d efinition of FPAs, the average detectivity was D-b(*) =5. 40 x 10(8)cm.Hz(1 /2)/W. The non-uniformity was smaller than 20%. Finally, a distinguished th ermal image of a room-temperature body was obtained.
