Abstract
We derive a new formula for Franck-Condon harmonic-oscillator overlap integ rals using an algebraic procedure based on a Bogoliubov transformation. We discuss how the formulation may be generalized to SU(2)-based descriptions of anharmonic oscillator wave functions.
