Abstract
A 61-year-old man with known prostatic carcinoma presented with acute menta l status changes, Radiographic evaluation revealed a large intraparenchymal brain mass, Surgical biopsy demonstrated metastatic adenocarcinoma of the prostate. Our review of the literature reveals that cerebral metastasis is a rare complication of prostate cancer.
