Abstract
A general formulation for studying magnetic properties of layered Isin g-type systems A(2)B(n) composed of two amorphous and n crystalline la yers is presented. The case that both A and B layers consist of the sp ins with magnitude 1/2 is analysed in detail. Some interesting results such as the possibility of reentrant behaviour are reported.
