Y. Hara et al., RELAXATION PHENOMENA IN THE CLUSTER-GLASS PHASE OF ITINERANT MAGNETICMATERIAL OF FEXTIS2 CRYSTALS, Journal of magnetism and magnetic materials, 168(1-2), 1997, pp. 213-221
Field-cooled thermoremanent magnetization (TRM) in the cluster-glass p
hase of FexTiS2 (x = 1/4, T-g = 53 K) using the anomalous Hall effect
have been measured over the cooling-field range H-FC = 0.005-0.14 T, t
emperature range 12-40 K below T-g, and time range 10(-1)-10(4) s with
the waiting time t(w) = 180-18000 s. The observed decay curves of TRM
over the wide time span can be represented by theoretical expressions
based on an existing domain model. Discussion is given for the differ
ence in the dynamical parameters between the cluster- and spin-glass p
hases of the intercalation compound, such as the minimum relaxation ti
me t(0) in the equilibrium relaxation spectrum, the domain growth rate
t(2), and the time-dependent maximum relaxation time tau(max)(t) char
acterizing the non-equilibrium relaxation.
