Abstract
The paper presents an example of a new type of a structured model containin g time delays in parallel branches. This model was selected as optimal to d escribe mathematically the lymphocyte migration between the venous blood an d prescapular lymph in Merino ewes under physiological conditions. The mode l allowed to identify and quantify several lymphocyte fractions exhibiting different migration dynamics.
