Abstract
We give a cosmological spinning multi-'black-hole' solution in the Einstein -Maxwell-dilaton-axion theory with a positive cosmological constant. This s olution is the cosmological dilatonic Israel-Wilson-Perjes solution and des cribes the collision of several spinning 'black-holes'.
