This paper presents the problem of the formation of the typical alpha-amino
-acids. The problem is presented from the evolutionary perspective with a s
pecial reference to the transitional phenomenon from M-4 (ternary basic met
abolisme) to M-3 (quaternary basic metabolisme). in this field was identify
ed the way from ternary ancestors To the quaternary wellknown amino acids.
Are discussed three metabolic posibilityes to pass from the alpha-hidroxy-,
to the alpha-amino-acids. Are also presented informational aspects of the
biomolecule structures. In this respect are presented biomolecules having i
nformational charge equal with zero. A special problem is the izoprenic con
vergence who involves also and the valential izomerism between the methyl-p
roline and dehidro-leucine groups.
