Abstract
The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act's safe harbor provision for fo rward-looking statements is intended to protect companies from liability fo r making overly optimistic predictions about future performance. In this ar ticle, the author provides an overview and analysis of recent court decisio ns constructing the scope of the safe harbour provision.
