Abstract
Some novel C-nucleosides having a 2.5-dioxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane ring syste m were successfully synthesized via the coupling reaction of tetrahydrofura ncarbaldehyde 1 with the lithium and the magnesium derivatives of aromatic heterocycles. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
