Abstract
A patient with a ruptured intracranial aneurysm of the right persistent pri mitive hypoglossal artery is described. Clipping of the aneurysmal neck was achieved by a far lateral approach together with drilling of the jugular t ubercle, and it was concluded that this approach should be followed for saf e and complete clipping.
