Abstract
In this review, the up-to-date understanding of the molecular basis of prim
ary ventricular arrhythmias will be outlined. Two disorders have recently b
een well described at the molecular level, the long QT syndromes and Brugad
a syndrome, and in this paper we review the current scientific knowledge of
