Abstract
We report two cases of Marfan's syndrome with coexistent obstructive s leep apnea (OSA) in which treatment with nasal continuous positive air way pressure was associated with attenuation of aortic root dilatation , a serious complication of the syndrome. We speculate that coexistent OSA promotes progressive aortic dilatation in some patients with Marf an's syndrome.
