Abstract
Quasi-static characteristics of asymmetric cylindrical coplanar waveguides (CCPWs) with finite-extent ground are analysed using the conformal mapping technique. Closed-form expressions for the effective permittivity and chara cteristic impedance of inside and outside asymmetric CCPWs with finite grou nd are derived. Using these expressions, the effect of various parameters o n the characteristics of CCPWs is studied.
