Structural relaxation in amorphous substances with highly non-equilibrium s
tructure produced by plasma sputtering, plasma melting, chemical deposition
techniques is investigated. It is found that regularities of structural re
laxation in these substances are similar to those observed in rapidly quenc
hed glasses and may be described by the Tool-Narayanaswamy glass-transition
model. For investigated substances, this result gives an opportunity to pr
edict stability of their properties using a glass-transition model. (C) 200
