Abstract
Reviewed is a conceptual model of operator activities, developed by the aut hors on the basis of studies of 5th category operator activities on tank tr ucks loading at Paveltsovskaya tank farm. Presented are main directions of professional activities analyzes. It is noted, that proposed conceptual mod el is a first phase in development of methods of professional selection of operators for tank trucks loading.
