Abstract
Magnetophonon resonances are found for omega(c)= omega(LO)/N with N=1,2,3.. . in the polaron cyclotron resonance (CR) linewidth and effective mass of b ulk polar semiconductors. The CR mass and the linewidth are obtained from t he full polaron magneto-optical absorption spectrum which are calculated us ing the memory function technique. The amplitude of the resonant peak in th e linewidth can be described by exponential law at low temperature. [S0163- 1829(99)09139-0].
