Abstract
An isoflavonoid glucoside, odoratin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, was isolate d from the roots of Bowdichia virgilioides and its structure was establishe d by spectroscopic and chemical methods. In vitro tests showed that this co mpound inhibited both T-lymphocyte and B-lymphocyte proliferation. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
