Abstract
The structures of four sterols isolated from the nonsaponifiable lipids of the aerial part extract of white bryony (Bryonia dioica) were established t o be (24R)- and (24S)-24-hydroxy-24-vinyllathosterols, and (24R,24(1)R)- an d (24S,24(1)S)-24(24(1))epoxyisoavenasterols.
