Abstract
A new phenolic glycoside, 1-(alpha-L-rhamnosyl(1-6)-beta-D-glucopyranosylox y)-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzene, together with the alkaloid N-(p-coumaroyl)-tryp tamine and four known flavonoids were isolated from the methanolic bark ext ract of Ravensara anisata Danguy (Lauraceae).
