Abstract
The solid state reaction process of nanocrystalline oxides Dy1 - xSrxCoO3 - y (x = 0.6) was studied using the model of the solid state reaction kineti cs. The results show that the solid state reaction was diffusion - controll ed. The activation energy of solid state reaction was 1 2 0 kJ . mol (- 1). The reaction rate constant was 0 . 302 x 10 (- 6) similar to 4 . 50 x 10 ( - 6) at the temperature ranging from 823K to 973K. The particle size of nan o crystalline was 5 similar to 15nm. The nanocrystalline oxides Dy0.4Sr0.6C oO3 - y were obtained at 700 degrees C due to surface and interface effect of nanocrystalline.
