Abstract
A case of primary leiomyosarcoma of the heart diagnosed during life is described. Selective coronary and transoesophageal echocardiography ( TOE) aided pre-operative differentiation from the more common atrial m yxoma. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
